Hello Darren, the first is Gypsonoma oppressana and the second is indeed Cochylis hybridella. The illustration in the micro field guide doesn't do the colours of oppressana justice - have a look at the images on the UK Moths website.
Thanks Dave, still don't think i would've got oppressana from the ukmoths or the field guide images.
