I had this Plume last night, closest i can see in the field guide is Marasmarcha lunaedactyla (Crescent Plume) but not really the right habitat around here.
Looks like M.lunaedactyla to me, Darren. I had six of them turn up one night in my garden in July 2013 and I'm not in the correct habitat either, so (like many moths) I'd suggest it is prone to dispersal when the conditions are right.
