This is the only other image I have of the micro from my previous blog. I don't expect it is going to help and it certainly doesn't show the eyes any more clearly.
That was worth the effort, Andy, because more of the markings are now visible. I'm still not 100% certain of the ID but I think it is almost certainly Parectopa ononidis.
