Which Ermine

Can this possibly be Y.irrorella?
Found on the Ridgeway path near Aldbury.

    Hello Greg,
    I'm afraid that looks to me like wing damage, possibly during emergence. The dark marks on irrorella are a different shape and in a different position on the wing.
