Another quite decent night in Wolvercote, with our first
Amblyptilia acanthadactyla and
Agonopterix alstromeriana for the year showing up, and a very handsome Flame Shoulder - must have been newly hatched - which I think must be on the early side. Numbers are still a bit on the low side, compared to others' (30 individuals, twelve species), but given that our total this time last year was one record, a Small Quaker from mid-March, it's hard to complain!
