Curtains for this caterpillar

There wasn't much in the moth trap last night, although it was nice to see a Lobster moth. But there was an unexpected visitor in our bedroom this morning - a largish caterpillar was on the curtains! It's a Scarlet Tiger, and I guess it must have got picked up on our clothes while gardening and brought into the house. We have had the caterpillars in the garden before, feeding on Green Alkanet, but I hadn't managed to find any this year. A surprising but welcome sight - hopefully being put back on a Green Alkanet patch was more to its liking.
