Puss Moth

New species for the garden last night came in the shape of a fantastic male Puss Moth. Despite his size I almost missed him as he blended in rather well with the egg carton and I was looking through the trap very quickly as there wasn't much in it. I should also add that although I found him in the MV light trap I had also assembled a recently hatched female in a net cage in the garden. Last time I reared Puss Moth's the adults wouldn't mate with one another so hopefully this new male will change that this time round. Marc Botham, Benson
