More ID's please

Now I am really getting worried as these are well marked individuals and still I can't find them in the book! New book or new glasses? Best guesses for number 4 - Riband Wave, Number 5 - uncertain.

    Hi Tom, well, two out of five is an improvement, I suppose! The other three are Dwarf Cream Wave, Freyer's Pug and Lozotaenia forsterana.
