Is there any chance?

I'm afraid this is a bit of a teaser which I'm trying to fathom. Two very partial views of what I thought was a butterfly on the very top of an elderflower bloom.

    Hi Steve, I think it's a hoverfly, possibly Leucozona lucorum.
