Tortrix

I found this one in my garden trap two days ago.  I know it's in the book somewhere but can I find it?

I've often wondered why there aren't keys for moths like there are for almost all other groups?
Any help or even page numbers would be appreciated.

  1. Hi Phil, it's Celypha lacunana.

If you've got very deep pockets then MOGBI (The Moths and Butterflies of Great Britain and Ireland) includes keys.

  2. Thank you. I knew it would be embarrassingly obvious but at least I won't forget that one now!

I wish I could justify those books, good to know there are keys out there though, thanks.
