Leaf mines and cases

Now that my office has moved to Langley, I thought I would explore the local area. There is a nice stand of White Poplar (P.alba) and I found mines of what I think may be Phyllonorycter comparella

I also found two cases on the same tree which may be related, but I am a little bit stumped (3 pics - same leaf)

  1. The cases are pupae from which the moths have emerged, Rob. They look good for comparella.
