Oak Rustic?

I caught this moth on Wednesday night and wondered if it is an Oak Rustic? If it is then it will be the second one I have caught. Last years was on the 11th November.

    Yes, that is an Oak Rustic. A good record and many of us will be jealous, especially as it is your second one. Do you have any Evergreen Oak nearby?

    Hi Martin, thanks for the confirmation. Yes we have a lot of Quercus ilex around the where I live so I presume they are breeding on them.
