Final questions from Monday
One more pug and another micro. Pug - maybe Brindled?
The micro is 6mm in length. I had originally thought it might be Dyseriocrania subpurpurella but the antennae seem rather short and it seems to have a spot on the wing at about 3/4.
Hi Andy, I would have thought that the wing shape, the hint of a discal spot and those black wedges make Brindled Pug a reasonable bet. The micro looks good for Dyseriocrania subpurpurella to me.

ReplyDeleteThank you. Only three species last night so no questions there. The Hebrew Characters seem to be remarkably fresh considering the time of year.
