In this species I always look for the three dark separated areas near the outer edge of the forewing, marked on the duplicate image. Others see it differently as two lighter bands separating the markings!

Mottled Pug
Jacqui, and others, have recently posted Mottled Pugs for ID so I thought I'd post this as an aid.
In this species I always look for the three dark separated areas near the outer edge of the forewing, marked on the duplicate image. Others see it differently as two lighter bands separating the markings!
