To the more mundane - IDs please?

I think the first one is a Lychnis rather than Campion but I thought I would check.

The next is a Common Wainscot? but it looks rather longer than usual.

Any chance the next two could be ID'd? The Scop is long gone and other one I'm not convinced I can get a better picture - but I still have it.

  1. Hi Mark,
Yes to Lychnis and Common Wainscot. The scoparid I'm not sure about (could be mercurella). The tortrix needs checking if you still have it because it looks to me as if it could be Grapholita lobarzewskii.

  2. thanks Dave. I've had Grapholita lobarzewskii last year - Peter Hall confirmed it.I think I may well have seen it before but I didn't keep it so can't be sure. I'll pop this one in the fridge - looks as if they are a permanent fixture here.
