Number nine this morning, and the first one to settle nearby - on the house wall, top picture - rather than enter the trap. I am thinking of opening a theme park. Judging by the wing damage, this is another new arrival; I think that there has so far been only one repeat. Sallows are abundant at the moment, especially the Centre-barred, Black Rustics are very numerous, a pair of fresh Angle Shades added variety this morning and my first Brown-spot Pinion has called.
