3 Pines in a row
For the third month running, I have been visited by a Pine Hawk moth in pristine condition. Is this a very extended single generation, or might there be two? All best as ever, Martin Wainwright, Thrupp, Oxon
That's quite a tally, Robin! What was their condition like? The thing that interests me about mine is that each is so fresh despite the two month time interval between the earliest and the most recent, particularly as the Pine Hawk is often a moth which seems to get quite battered. All v best M
A worn one in Denham last night; about 14 over the year so far!
