Two micro puzzles in moth trap

This micro looks like Pseudargyrotoza conwagana but it's surely too late in the year isn't it?

This one is new to me - looks like it could be Tachystola acroxantha which I read is an import from Australia.

  1. You are right with both of them, Mary-Ann. P. conwagana apparently can be come across in November. Presumably a partial third brood for the year. Tachystola has turned up in my garden practically every time I've run a trap there this year. I would guess it is multi- or continuously brooded. It's thoroughly acclimatized in the UK, at least here in the South.
