Hi Mark, We'd have a better view if it wasn't in a pot (...one of my bug-bears!). The most likely culprit is Cochylis molliculana which you'll probably be seeing regularly from now until the Autumn, but a clearer image would help.
thanks Dave, as you will see the photos I took of it out of the pot were even worse (the top image). I think I'll leave this as unidentified and release it.
You can always add more pictures! As a reminder to everyone, don't forget that you "own" your own posts and by clicking on the yellow pencil symbol at the bottom you can always get back into them and add/change things.
