Phyllonorycter emberizaepenella
Although it is brown rather than green, I'm pretty sure this is a pupal cocoon of Phyllonorycter emberizaepenella in a mine on a Snowberry leaf. I will see what emerges in due course...
Looks good to me, Phil. The only other possibility on Snowberry is Phyllonorycter trifasciella which also pupates within the mine but doesn't produce a cocoon.
