Fox Moth

I came across this rather splendid fully grown Fox Moth caterpillar at Stoke Common today.

    The Bucks database has records for 11 different dates from 1982 to 2018, of which 5 are for larvae.
    There are 32 records in all for Bucks, all bar 5 from 1982 onwards. The earliest is pre 1904.
