Nutmeg & Lesser Treble-bar?

 A couple from yesterday. One somewhat featureless brown moth, I'm thinking Nutmeg rather than worn Flounced Rustic? The other I think is a female Lesser Treble-bar. Can someone kindly confirm?

    Hello Mark,
    I'd agree with you on the female Lesser Treble-bar, but the other is a worn Flounced Rustic.
