Burial Park Moths

Not loads in the Burial Park trap, but there was a NFY Scalloped Hook-tip and Red Chestnut.

  1. So the trend for ever-earlier emergences continues! I too had Scalloped Hook-tip last night, at Finemere Wood, and that's three days prior to the previous earliest for Bucks. Nothing much else about there, though, because the cloud cover dispersed. The woodland Orthosias seem to be all but over with Frosted Green numbers now building (33 seen). Back at home Powdered Quaker has taken over (21 last night).
