Carpet ID + Scarce Bordered Straw

Second Scarce-bordered straw this morning - (the last one was several weeks ago.) Atropos shows them popping up everywhere.

can someone help me with this Carpet caught a week or so ago? I was thinking maybe a worn scorched but the body is dark not white.

    My vote would go for a worn Common Carpet. I suppose it could potentially have been a candidate for Wood Carpet but unless it was kept we'll never know!

    I'd say that's quite a strong candidate for Wood Carpet but as Dave says I'd have to see it.
