Snappy Helcystogramma.

The snappily-named Helcystogramma rufescens grows up, I understand, into something of a nonentity, being small and entirely beige. Happily, whilst out sweep-netting in Wendover Woods yesterday, I caught the larva, which reveals its secret alter-ego: A strikingly-dressed individual whose photo is below.
