ID from October

hi, I noticed this going back over my records ..maybe a small square-spot but can't see the spot? Or maybe a Pale Mottled Willow?

    Looks like a Lesser Yellow Underwing to me, Mark.

    Dave, that probably explains why my notes for the catch for the day includes Lesser Yellow Underwing, I must have taken the photo and then made the ID! thanks
