Hemp-agrimony Plume?

I think this may be Hemp-agrimony Plume.  Apparently it is common but I haven't seen one here before, so comments would be welcomed.

    Hello Richard,

    I think you are probably correct although Hellinsia carphodactyla is quite similar. Maybe Martin could run the picture past Colin Hart.
