grey Yponomeuta

 Not sure that I can get any further with this one but it was quite grey and the spots very small compared with other ermines in the same haul from 2 September in Oxford. Same size as the others that I recorded as orchard/apple. Any thoughts welcome. Andrew

    No, I'm afraid that one can't be taken any further than the aggregate of padella/malinellus/cagnagella, no matter what its size, greyness or number of spots.

    Thank you. Rather as I suspected but it looked so different from the others that night. Amazingly, I had five Old ladies that night.
