This little tortrix-like chap in North Buck appears to have reasonably distinct markings, but I'm struggling to assign an Id.

Of course, now I see. Hot on the heels of one on 30th August, last year!
It is still quite a good record for Bucks with only about a dozen sightings altogether. Two pre-millennium records from Medmenham are the only ones from the south of the county, the remainder being from the Westcott area and greater Milton Keynes.
