Hello Will, I think more likely is either Etainia sericopeza (feeds on seeds of Norway Maple) or Etainia louisella (feeds on seeds of Field Maple), both of which have that pattern of markings with the yellow head. Unfortunately dissection would be needed to confirm the ID - very few Nepticulids are do-able as adults. Well done for trying, though! Most people seem to just ignore these tiny moths...

Thanks Dave.Seemed so well marked.We have a lot of Field Maple but no Norway Spruce …so maybe the latter!
