Not for sure without dissection, Steve. It seems to be worn and the way it is standing in your image may be misleading. One of the Ocnerostoma species springs to my mind but that could be way off the mark.
I wonder about Aspilapteryx tringipennella? Think I can see a hint of the brown in the termen, and the dots along the lower margin of the wing. They often wear to this pale colour, and it seems to be sitting and whirling its antennae in the right manner.
