From last night, I think I have;

Copper Underwing - I'm assuming I'll need to record this as Copper Underwing ag?
Pine Carpet
Sallow Kitten
Yellow Barred Brindle
Aspilapteryx tringipennella

  1. I agree with your id's. As Martin of Thrupp says, Copper Underwings dart about a lot, but if you grab them at the head end, thumb on top and first two fingers below, you can hold them. Pull out the forewing to show the underside of the hindwing and look at the copper band. If it is sharply delineated and only runs as a thick band it will be Copper, if it carries on up and slowly fades it will be Svennson's. Skinner shows it nicely.
