A warmer night brings some new moths

Last night's somewhat damp garden trap attracted 56 individuals, comprising 26 different species. Of these, 5 were new additions to this year's garden list - Red-green Carpet (2), Feathered Thorn (1), Blair's Shoulder-knot (1), Merveille du Jour (2, both on the outside of the trap) and Barred Sallow (1).
