Hi Mark. I also had one of these to light for the first time in my garden at Harwell on both the 7th and the 23rd : mine were a lighter shade of brown and with a white patch in the kidney mark. The recorded number of Oak Rustics for VC22 is into double figures (about 15 records to date, based on Martin Harvey's compilation and more recent iRecord entries).
