Hello Alan, I would say you are probably correct with Spruce Carpet, but I'm afraid I can't see enough of the November to tell what it is. You really need to look for the appropriate parts using a x10 hand lens or under a microscope.
Definitely worth recording as November Moth agg. I don't think there are any macro-moths that I wouldn't record at all. It is slightly different with micros, where things like, for example, the Cnephasias have too many choices to make an aggregated record worthwhile.
