Assuming my identification is correct this Turnip seems quite early.

Hello Andy,Yes, that's a Turnip which as a migrant can appear in any month of the year. Looking at my own records, January and February are the only months in which it hasn't (yet) appeared in the garden here.
I thought it was probably a migrant. It is a pity it didn't bring any of its more interesting friends!
