Hi Alan, yes to Orange Footman, the other is a male Aphomia sociella. It's worth looking at the latter in the field guides and online as this species is sexually dimorphic and the female looks very different.
Alan, on 27th March I posted photos on this blog of the male and female Aphomia sociella (the Bee moth) with some further description of features (if it has long palps, as seen in your photo, then it is a female).
