Pug and Caloptilia syringella?

I noticed one of the pugs was sitting differently this morning. The second picture is the same moth - any chance it's an Ochreous Pug?

I'm assuming the micro is a Caloptilia syringella - seems more grey than they usually are though.

  1. I'm afraid that's not an Ochreous Pug, Mark - nice try! The micro is indeed a worn syringella.
