Seeking confirmation of Oak Tree Pug for this one. Again, discal spot fairly fat, and appeared to be intermediate in size between Double-striped and Brindled.
Hi Keith, Yes, that's a well-marked Oak-tree Pug, with the very distinct discal spot and whitish area beyond it. As well as being shorter-winged, the moth when fresh is also rather more colourful than Brindled. Oak-tree seems to have just come on the scene over the past few days to provide us all with the first proper "pug confusion" of the season.
