Hi Dave, I was there too this morning but didn't see a single flying Green-winged Orchid - they all seemed rooted to the ground!! I did well for other moth species, though, with Adela rufimitrella (50+), Glyphipterix fuscoviridella (1), Glyphipterix simpliciella (1), Pyrausta purpuralis (9), Small Yellow Underwing (3) & Burnet Companion (1) all seen while ostensibly doing a butterfly count for BBOWT - a grand total of two butterflies seen!
