Hi Dave, Apart from one very dodgy-looking record from early May, the Bucks sightings for sodaliana are all during June and the first week of July, so 10th August would be very late. For me the pictures don't look quite right for that species either, in particular because it should have a very obvious reddish apical spot which doesn't show on your specimen. I think this one must have been Cochylis (or whatever it is called now) hybridella.
