I got a few in my Oxford garden last year and recorded three on 28 July this year. I discussed the records last year with Martin Townsend and he said that he gets them too - his garden only a mile or two from mine. So there are some in Oxford. Your picture does look like the specimens I am getting.

ReplyDeletePossibly, but it would need a clearer image to be sure. Udea fulvalis isn't something I'd normally expect in our area.
Maybe European Corn-borer, I started getting them a few years back and now they are regulars.
