Six-striped Rustic

 168 moths of 30 species here last night, including a flock of 27 Tachystola acroxantha, a rather tired Cypress Carpet and this tidy-looking but very late Six-striped Rustic:


Also 26 Lesser Yellow Underwings but no Large Yellow Underwings - it has been a very poor year for them here

    That is very late for Six-striped Rustic! I've just checked my own records and I've never seen one in October, the latest date being 15th September (2015 & 2019).
