Hello Tom, as Peter says, that's Red Twin-spot Carpet. Despite being listed in the books as "common", Dark-barred Twin-spot Carpet has all but disappeared from our area and to satisfy the county recorders any claim to have seen it would probably now need the retention of a specimen.
