Hello Tom, you are spot-on with the second one, Endrosis sarcitrella (the "White-shouldered House Moth). However, the first is actually a Shuttle-shaped Dart in pristine condition!
Not too sure I am getting any better - still identifying a micro is definitely a positive step.
