Confirmation please

Or not of course. I suspect the first is a minor sp. as I can't find it in the book in which case I guess you have take it apart to be sure and that is well beyond my capabilities. The second looks like the picture of Scoparia pyralella in my book but are there confusion species?

    Hi Tom,

    First moth looks like an aberration of Heart and Club, they are very variable and the markings are obscured in this individual but I think that's what it is. The second looks more like Eudonia mercurella to me but I find the Scoparids tricky. Best wishes, Marc
