As a follow up to my previous post, here's a Hoary Footman that came to light in my garden last night, July 23rd. The hind wings were checked on this individual.
Otherwise, not much else of note. The only obvious migrant was a single Diamond-backed Moth, while a nice fresh green Yellow-barred Brindle and a couple of Ruby Tigers added a bit of colour.
Also as an addendum, Recurvaria nanella has been mentioned a couple of times recently. They are fairly regular in my garden and one turned up last night, record below. I put it down to the large old apple tree that grows at the bottom.
