A very nice surprise today to start July - my rough mowing startled this lovely Large Emerald, a moth I've only seen here once before and only once in Leeds. The end of June saw plentiful other excellent arrivals - though the three privets on a small hand are my granddaughter's. Dave Wilton's recommendation of a Skoros trap from Anglian Lepidoterist Supplies has proved as spot-on as all his much-appreciated IDs. Martin Wainwright, Thrupp, Oxon
