A couple of recordings of Evergestis limbata were posted on this blog in June. I had one to my garden trap on Thursday 18th July - a new garden record.
The same evening I also had this very fresh looking Nymphula nitidulata.
Two very nice moths there, Steve. Evergestis limbata has yet to come my way although it seems to be expanding its range into our region. Nymphula nitidulata used to be the scarcest of the China-marks but also seems to have undergone some expansion over the past ten years or so.
