Hello Andy, I'm not sure how the Apps can be so sure from that image but Cloaked Minor is an exceedingly variable moth. I'd be tempted towards dissection for your example if a definite ID was required, but it is such a common species that you'll undoubtedly get others which are more obviously Cloaked.
